Understanding Your Struggles

I am a blue-collar worker with over 20 years of experience serving our nation. I served on active duty as a combat veteran during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom, then continued my service working in military aircraft maintenance and aerospace for the Department of Defense. As a veteran, former federal employee, and single mother of two children whom I homeschool, I understand the daily struggles facing Ohio families.

For more than two decades, I worked with my hands—served in uniform, maintaining the aircraft that defend our freedom, and supporting our nation's defense. I've balanced paychecks and worried about bills. I've made sacrifices so my kids could have what they need. I know what it's like to feel like the system is working against families instead of for them.

A Mother's Choice

As a combat veteran, I've seen the fight for freedom on foreign soil. But I've also witnessed a spiritual battle here at home—a battle for our children's minds and souls, for the strength of our families, and for the future of our communities. We are not just fighting policies; we're fighting for the hearts of the next generation.

I chose to homeschool after seeing what was happening in our public schools—curriculum that undermined biblical values, ideologies that created confusion instead of godly wisdom, and a system that seemed more interested in indoctrination than education rooted in truth. I took responsibility for my children's education and raised them with God's Word as the foundation.

I'm not against teachers—many are doing their best in a broken system. However, I believe parents should have the final say in their children's education, and families deserve a government that supports faith and family values, rather than undermining them.

"For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise from another place... And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?" - Esther 4:14

I'm Willing to Stand in the Gap

I have always been someone who stands up when others stay silent. I listen to people's concerns and I take action. I don't stand by when something isn't right.

One evening at a Christmas festival in my town, I witnessed teenage boys fighting; it was clear one was being bullied. A crowd gathered, people stood around watching, but no one intervened. I didn't hesitate. I stepped directly into the middle of that fight and pulled them apart. That's who I am. When I see injustice, when I see someone who needs help, I don't look the other way. I act.

That's the kind of governor Ohio needs—someone who will stand in the gap for you. Someone who will listen to your concerns and actually do something about them. Someone who won't back down when it matters most.

Leadership Rooted in Character

You can teach someone policy. You can train them in procedures and political strategy. But you cannot teach integrity, wisdom, and genuine care for people—those qualities come from God.

I will bring compassionate, principled leadership to Ohio. I will govern with love for every family, regardless of their background, beliefs, or circumstances. I will protect the vulnerable. I will fight for parents' rights. I will stand up to corruption and special interests.

True leadership means:

Serving with humility - remembering that government exists to serve the people, not the other way around

Making decisions based on what's right, not what's popular - having the courage to stand firm on principle

Being accountable - to you, the voters, and to the higher standards we all aspire to

Putting families first - because strong families build strong communities, and strong communities build a strong Ohio

I believe in a government that empowers families, protects our freedoms, and creates opportunity for every Ohioan to thrive.

Whether you're a person of faith or not, whether you're conservative, moderate, or still figuring out where you stand—

I promise you this:

I will fight for your family. I will stand for truth, freedom, and liberty. I will lead with integrity. I will never forget that I work for you, not the other way around.

Ohio deserves better than career politicians who prioritize their next campaign over your next paycheck. Ohio deserves a leader who understands what you're going through because she's lived it too.

For such a time as this, I am ready to serve.
